Born again means our dead spirit is made alive and connected to God through Jesus Christ.
God created man from the dust of the ground and breathed His spirit into him. Because of this, human beings received life and became able to think, know God, and have fellowship with Him. However, after Adam sinned, a law came into effect: “The wages of sin is death.” As descendants of Adam, all people are born into this world spiritually dead.
Our bodies are alive, breathing and moving, but our spirits, which should be connected to God, were separated from Him. Because of this separation, we could not know God by ourselves, and we could not believe in Jesus Christ on our own. Outwardly, we appeared alive, but inwardly we were living apart from God. We could not understand heaven or hell and lived only for the visible world.
Just as we have a physical birthday, there is also a day when our dead spirit becomes alive again. The Bible calls this event “being born again.” Being born again means that a person who was spiritually dead is born again in spirit.
To be born again means to believe in Jesus Christ as my Savior. Jesus had no sin. He overcame death and rose again. He died on the cross for my sins. The moment we believe this from our hearts, our dead spirit comes back to life and is reconnected to God. This is what the Bible means by being born again. “You were dead in your transgressions and sins, but God made you alive” (Ephesians 2:1).
Being born again is not the result of our effort or will. It is not a reward for good works. It is a free gift from God and pure grace. Because of this, no one can boast. We can only receive it with gratitude.
When we are born again, God gives us the Holy Spirit as a gift. From that moment, we no longer live with ourselves at the center of life. We live with Jesus Christ as the Lord of our lives. Our life is no longer focused only on this visible world but becomes a life moving toward the eternal Kingdom of Heaven.
This means we begin to practice heavenly life on earth. The way of life in heaven is written in the Bible: do not hate, serve others, sacrifice, love one another, give thanks in all things, and rejoice always. As we live by these words, we grow to love Jesus more. Jesus is love, and Jesus is the Word. When we love Jesus, we love His Word. The Bible teaches that obeying His Word is how we truly love Jesus. Being born again is the beginning of a new life and the starting point of true faith.

I think 🤔 I am not in this stage now. Because still I hate someone’s and felt difficult to forgive anyone..But I pray to god make me like a spiritual girl who will walk only in your path.. Amen 🙏✨

Through this message I learnt that what is the meaning of born again?
When Good created the human being gave the breath inside the human then human was spiritually connected with God but because of Adam’s sin now we are not connected with God therefore we are living in this world but our Spirit has already dead night when Lord Jesus Christ came on this earth as a saviour then we begin again through Jesus’ precious blood. Jesus is love n when we love to Lord then we follow his words too…..
