Today, a young man reached out to me. He shared that he suffers from bad thoughts in the morning and lives in fear that God will punish him for them. While it is not ideal to have negative thoughts, God does not punish you the moment they cross your mind. God loves you, and above all, you are a person who is worthy of that love. Why are you worthy? Because you are a precious being created in the very image of God. The Bible says, “The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing (Zephaniah 3:17).” So, when you realize you’ve harbored such thoughts, simply seek God’s help and pray for His forgiveness. Moreover, rather than struggling too hard not to think bad thoughts, try to find reasons for gratitude in all circumstances and choose joy and thankfulness instead. Think of how many precious and thankful things in our daily lives we often forget—find them and give thanks. Also, why not spend your days wondering, “How can I help others? How can I share love and do good?” Let us live a life that chooses goodness, love and brings light to others.
Let us pray together for our brother and leave words of encouragement for him.

This message taught me that when any bad thought comes in my mind then what do I have to do…I have to take help of God because when any bad thought came in my mind I used to think that what God will do will be punish me?
But I was wrong today I learned that God doesn’t punish us for any negative thoughts when any negative thoughts come then we have to pray to God try to think that what we think daily so that thought came in my mind
