As we forgive others, we receive forgiveness, and our forgiveness becomes a precious gift we offer to God in response to His grace.
The following message is a confession shared by a member of the MBstudy family.
I praise the name of the Lord. Thank you sincerely for sharing today’s message. I pray that God will continue to use you even more greatly in His ministry. Since I became connected with MBstudy, I have received so much grace from God the Father. I have witnessed many small miracles, and whenever I pray, the Lord listens to my prayers. Whenever I become afraid during trials and difficulties, the Lord comforts me. When I look up at the sky and see the stars, sometimes tears come to my eyes, and at other times my heart is filled with great joy and thanksgiving.
The Lord has given me everything, yet I felt as though I had nothing to give back to Him. When I think about the Lord’s sacrifice, I cannot help but weep. He gave such a great sacrifice for my sins. Because of this, I want to live a life that responds to His love.
As I say goodbye to 2025 and prepare to enter 2026, I want to forgive those who have troubled me for the past 22 years. I came to realize that this is what God the Father desires from me. While worshiping today, God once again awakened my heart, and since then I have been continually thinking and praying about this matter.
I believe that this forgiveness is the most precious gift I can offer to God in response to His grace. Holding onto the Lord’s teaching, “forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us,” I want to make this decision of obedience. However, these people do not come near me or even make eye contact with me, and I feel confused and burdened, not knowing how or what exactly to forgive. Even so, I believe that if I forgive them, God will bless me even more. My deepest desire is that our entire village will come to receive the Lord. Amen.
A Word of Encouragement (MBstudy)
Through this confession, we are all deeply encouraged and challenged. Even in the midst of long-lasting pain, this heart that reflects before the Word and chooses forgiveness in obedience to the Lord’s teaching is truly precious faith that pleases God. We pray that the Lord will grant this member of the MBstudy family peace and comfort, and that through this decision, they will walk with the Lord in greater freedom and joy.
If this message has touched your heart, we invite you to share your encouragement. MBstudy is a community that walks together in the Word.
