As workers grow in the church, we sometimes see different outcomes. Some people work very hard, know the Bible well, and serve with great passion. They speak about repentance and say things like, “You must repent,” or “You need to do this in order to receive healing.” What they say may be biblically correct, and their zeal may be sincere. However, these words can sometimes cause noise, hurt hearts, discourage people, and even lead some to leave the church.
On the other hand, there are leaders who say the same things, yet people are not hurt. Instead, those who hear them are changed, strengthened, and even experience answers to prayer. Why does this happen? It is not because the message is different, nor because the Bible is different. The difference lies in the relationship that exists before the words are spoken.

A good leader does not begin with instruction, but with love. Before speaking, they pray enough, understand the other person’s pain, and walk with them. Trust is built, and a relationship of willingness and obedience is formed. There is consideration for the other person’s heart, and a readiness to suffer together, pray together, and carry the burden together.
In the church, a worker is not someone who only speaks correct words, but someone who helps people live. Truth spoken without relationship can become a wound, but truth spoken within love becomes life. When we pray together, hurt together, and carry one another’s burdens, even words about repentance and correction will not push people away, but will lead them closer to the Lord.

Praise God…
These days, really many people focus on preaching and have no clue how they can hurt someone’s feelings or emotions. Jesus, Our Lord said clearly in the Bible that the greatest commandment of all is, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.” and Love your neighbour.
This message has enlightened me more to always check on myself and love people even if I don’t get love in return and lead them to Heaven with this love of Christ that heals the broken hearts and bandages their wounds… May our Holy Father in Heaven, fill my heart all the more with love, gratitude and guidance from above. May I lead thousands and thousands of souls to Christ with the help from Holy Spirit and bear abundant beautiful fruits of love and salvation in Heaven… I pray in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ… Amen!!!
