“But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness” (Matthew 6:33)
Our daily life is a series of constant choices. From practical concerns like what to eat and what to wear to worries about success and stability, many thoughts try to take control of our hearts. Yet today, the Lord clearly teaches us the right priority.
To “seek first” does not mean a simple order of time. It means a decision to place the center and direction of our lives in God’s hands. It is a choice about what we value most as we live.
To seek His kingdom means to live with a heart that desires God’s will to be fulfilled on this earth—where the gospel is preached, lives are restored, and God’s plan of salvation continues to unfold. It is a life that looks beyond personal interests to God’s greater purpose.
To seek His righteousness means choosing obedience to God’s Word. It is turning away from sin through repentance and asking for God’s help to live according to His will, not relying on our own strength.
When we lay aside worldly worries and seek God’s kingdom and righteousness first, the Lord gives us His promise: “All these things will be added to you.” When we live this way, God graciously and abundantly provides everything we need.
Today, what are you seeking first? May we choose God’s will over our own plans, and obedience to His Word over personal gain.
प्रार्थना के उत्तर की कुंजी-
यह संदेश हमें सिखाता है कि हमें सबसे पहला स्थान अपने जीवन में अपने प्रभु पिता परमेश्वर को देना है, हमें सारी परेशानी अपने परमेश्वर को सौंप देनी है, हमें सत्य पर चलना है, और हमें परमेश्वर के वचन का पालन करना है। पश्चाताप करके पाप को दूर करना। परमेश्वर के अनुसार जीवन जीने के लिए परमेश्वर की सहायता मांगना। जब हम संसार की चिंताओं को त्याग देते हैं और परमेश्वर का राज्य की खोज करते हैं तब, हमारा प्रभु हमें अपने वचन देते हैं और परमेश्वर हम पर कृपा करते हैं, हमारी आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करते हैं। हमें अपनी योजना नहीं बल्कि परमेश्वर की इच्छा से चलना चाहिए। आमीन✨🙏🏻
सीख: सबसे पहले परमेश्वर के राज्य और उसकी धार्मिकता को प्राथमिकता दो, बाकी चिंताएँ (खाना, पीना, सफलता) खुद-ब-खुद पूरी हो जाएँगी।
यह वचन सिखाता है कि जीवन का केंद्र परमेश्वर हो, न कि दुनिया की दौड़। जब हम उसकी इच्छा पहले चुनते हैं, तो वह हमारी हर ज़रूरत कृपा से पूरी करता है।
आज से यही प्रार्थना: “प्रभु, पहले तेरा राज्य!”
