Illness is truly painful. We often realize how precious health is only after we lose it. It is not only the person who is sick who suffers; the family members who walk alongside them also become weary and heavy-hearted. At times, people feel so sorry toward one another that even speaking becomes cautious and difficult. In moments like these, we should first seek to understand one another within the family and pray together in love. Let us also have the courage to say words like, “Thank you for being here,” and “I’m grateful that you are with me.” A single sincere sentence can revive hearts and become a great comfort.
The causes of illness can be many. It may result from accidents, infections, or genetic factors. However, we would like to take one step further and also reflect on spiritual causes.
In the Bible, God says,
“If you keep My commandments, I will not bring upon you the diseases that I brought upon Egypt.”
Through this word, we are led to think deeply about the spiritual roots of illness.
Scripture also says, “The one who sows to the flesh will reap corruption from the flesh.” Ultimately, sins committed in the flesh bear fruit in various forms. They may appear as illness, financial hardship, accidents, emotional pain, or heavy burdens each person must carry.
So then, what is the solution?
The Bible speaks clearly. There is only one solution: repentance from sin.
Repentance does not end with simply saying, “I was wrong.” True repentance means hating the sin that has brought us into hardship, turning away from it, and making a firm decision not to repeat it again. It is turning from the path of sin and choosing the path of truth.
There is one more important thing we must remember. We should never think, “I am not sick, so I have no sin.” Instead, we should give thanks to God for the healthy body He has preserved for us and never take His grace lightly.
As we enter the new year, may we once again examine ourselves in the light of God’s Word when facing illness and suffering, and may we draw near to God with repentance and gratitude. If there is an illness you desire to be healed from, please leave a comment. We will pray together.

The Bible teaches us in this message our health is very precious and if a person gets sick whole family has to suffer and they fell heavy and sad at that time. So in this situation we should pray together in love and use polite words .
There are many causes of illness like infection, accident and genetic and some times because of our carelessness but the main reason is sin. Bibles says It’s not like simply saying I done worng but we have to repent and hate the sin and never do that again. We have to follow Bibles as it says we have to do the same.
And if we are not sick it doesn’t mean we don’t have sin we should grateful for that yes we are healthy and also examine ourselves in light of God words.
Amen 🌈🌻✨
Yes, ritika sister. The more we try to learn and dwell in the word of God, the more His love we feel. Let’s grow together in 2026…
Praise the Lord everyone,
Through this message I have learnt that if we have any illness and we want healing then what should we do…?
As we know that we are gonna enter in 2026 so if we want healing in 2026 then we must do repentance and it’s not like that, ooh it was my mistake I was wrong, I did wrong…… A true repentance is hating that sin which we have…and before God, we want to say that I confess my sins, and I will not repeat them again. Because sickness, illness come into our lives due to our sins, that is why we must repent for our sins so that our sins may be forgiven and we may receive freedom from our disease so…. I hope and pray that this new year 2026 will bring so many blessings in our lives
Thank you all

However, since I joined your mbstudy, not only my diseases but strongholds were broken in the mighty name of Jesus Christ from my house and my entire family got saved and received hope of Heaven. Thank you so much for providing us the true spiritual meaning from the Bible and guiding us more close to God.
