There are several children in a family. Their parents say to them, “Each of you, please clean your own room.”
One child hears what the parents say but does not clean the room. Another child cleans the room because he is afraid of being punished. Another cleans the room expecting an allowance or praise. But another child gladly accepts the parents’ words. He not only cleans his own room but also helps a brother or sister who is having difficulty cleaning theirs.
They all heard the same instruction, but they received it with different hearts.
The same is true of our faith. We may obey God’s Word because we are afraid of punishment. We may obey His Word because we want blessings or answers to our prayers. But the obedience God desires is not simply obeying His Word outwardly. It is gladly receiving God’s Word in our hearts and putting it into practice.
Jesus said, “Whoever has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me.”
When we love God, our reason for obeying His Word changes. Instead of asking, “What if I am punished?” we ask, “What would please God?” Instead of asking, “What blessing will I receive if I do this?” we ask, “How can I please God today?”
This is a change of heart. A person who once obeyed out of fear begins to obey out of love. A person who once obeyed expecting a reward begins to obey because they want to please God. This is true transformation and true obedience.
The Bible says, “Without faith it is impossible to please God.” — Hebrews 11:6
Daniel showed this kind of faith. The king issued a law forbidding anyone from praying to anyone except the king for thirty days. Anyone who disobeyed would be thrown into the lions’ den. Daniel knew about the law, but he did not stop praying. He continued to kneel and pray to God three times a day, just as he had done before.
Daniel did not obey God only when it was easy or safe. He obeyed even when it could cost him his life. He did not ask, “How little can I do and still avoid sin?” He chose to remain faithful to God, even beyond what seemed humanly possible.
This is faith that pleases God. True obedience does not merely do the minimum. When we love God, we desire to obey Him even when it is difficult, costly, or beyond our own strength. We trust God and do our best to follow His Word. Then God gives us the strength to do what we could not do by ourselves.
Faith that pleases God is revealed through the small choices we make each day. It means choosing to forgive when we feel like hating someone, choosing honesty even when lying would be easier, thinking about God’s Word instead of insisting on our own way, and helping someone in need instead of turning away.
How, then, should we obey God’s Word?
Not reluctantly, but from the heart. Not out of fear, but out of love. Not only when it is easy, but also when it is difficult. Not by doing only the minimum, but by doing our best with faith, even beyond what we think we can do. Not because we are seeking a reward, but because we sincerely desire to please God.
Let us ask ourselves today, “What can I choose to do today that will please God?”

मैं परमेश्वर का धन्यवाद करती हूँ इस सुंदर संदेश के लिए। परमेश्वर ने इस संदेश के द्वारा मुझे यह समझाया कि परमेश्वर हमारे मन और हृदय को देखते हैं कि उनके बच्चे उनके लिए कितने प्रेम से कार्य करते हैं। परमेश्वर चाहते हैं कि उनके बच्चे उनसे प्रेम करें।
और यदि हम वास्तव में परमेश्वर से प्रेम करते हैं, तो हम उनकी सभी आज्ञाओं का प्रेमपूर्वक पालन करेंगे। हमारे हृदय में किसी प्रकार का भय नहीं होगा, बल्कि हमारी इच्छा यह होगी कि हम किस प्रकार परमेश्वर को प्रसन्न कर सकते हैं। हम यह चाहेंगे कि परमेश्वर ने हमें जो कार्य करने के लिए दिया है, उसे हम और भी बढ़कर करें, ताकि वह हमसे प्रसन्न हों और उनके नाम की महिमा हो।
मैं भी परमेश्वर की ऐसी ही संतान बनना चाहती हूँ, जो उनकी आज्ञाओं को प्रेम से माने और हर कार्य के द्वारा उन्हें प्रसन्न करना चाहे। प्रभु मुझे ऐसा बनने में सहायता करें।

We should obey the Word of God joyfully and wholeheartedly. We should not follow God’s Word out of fear, thinking, If I do not obey God’s Word, something bad will happen in my life, or I will have to face this problem. Rather, we should obey His Word with the desire to please God, thinking, How can I please God by following His Word? How can I glorify him through my obedience… ! God is not pleased merely by how much work we have done, but by the condition of our heart behind that work. Did we serve God with a sincere heart? Was there any anger or wrong attitude in our heart? We need to remain faithful and trustworthy in everything we do and carry out every task with a sincere and wholehearted heart.

डेनियल का विश्वास हमे यह सिखाती है कि हमें चाहे सुख में हो या दुख में हमें निरंतर और प्रार्थना करनी चाहिए अगर हमें परमेश्वर को खुश करना चाहते हैं तो हमें परमेश्वर की आगे का पालन करना है चाहे वह कठिन और कष्ट दी क्यों ना हो हमें घृणा नहीं बल्कि क्षमा करना चाहिए हमें झूठ नहीं बल्कि सच्चाई का चुनाव करना चाहिए जरूरतमंदों की मदद करनी चाहिए और हमें सबसे प्रेम करना चाहिए।
हमें परमेश्वर के वचन का पालन अनीशा से नहीं बल्कि हृदय से करनी चाहिए भाई से नहीं बल्कि प्रेम से और कठिनाई कठिन परिस्थितियों में भी परमेश्वर का के वचन का पालन करना चाहिए
